The second episode of Globesville’s acclaimed Water Cooler, in this installment the folks are talking about Daylight Savings Time among other things. For clarification I’m still not entirely sure it isn’t “spring is here, fall passed.”

Pangea Sports is an upcoming program hosted by Azel Prather Jr. and Vinny Cacavalle, the show will bring you sports from the perspective of those with first hand experience. As members of the basketball and soccer teams at NYIT respectively, our hosts have the championship credentials to give you the information you need.

The promo for Globesville’s Pangea Now features the gorgeous Donnie D’Amato talking about his new show. Donnie will be bringing you honest commentary on videos from all over the web, tune in if for no other reason than there will be cat videos..

The team at Take 2 cover a special event at NYIT called Take Back the Night. Events of the sort take place on college campuses throughout the country providing information and support for both men and women in situations regarding violence and sexual assault.

What happens over spring break stays there. Alyssa and Grace scowl the campus to see what students are up to on their time off.

Old Westbury, NY – The NYIT Communication Arts Department recently announced Globesville XL. The event aims to inspire our members (alumni, current students, faculty, and staff) across our global campuses to share their experiences within the NYIT community through Globesville via our website and social media presence. The overall goal is to become the premier media outlet on and off campus; headed by Professor and Department Chair Donald Fizzinoglia, the students of the Communications Arts department are working to present new content to build off of last semester’s launch.

The gathering aspires to get the word out about Globesville and encourage our potential audience to help create a place where we all can come together. Be sure to RSVP on Facebook!
